Good morning everybody!
Today we are going to be looking at arrays in maths, there is a power point to go with this work, and you will see some worksheets listed below as well as playing some games to help you learn your times tables. We will then have our group registration at 10 am.
For Year 1 children, phonics work will be looking at the ‘ir’ sound and putting some of the words listed below into simple sentences. Year 2 children will be doing a similar task, with added punctuation.
Today’s topic work is going to be computer based, and there is a short video with instructions you can watch. I would like you to try and find superhero images on the internet and then save and paste them onto a word document to make your own superhero picture. You can add some typed captions if you like too!
For reading, go onto the Oxford Owl site and choose a book you would like to read. If you can keep a note of the books you have read during this time, that would be most helpful.
