At Sedley's CE Primary School we hold creative learning in high esteem! The arts produces imaginative and skilled thinkers and allows our young people to express themselves in many ways. Our Art curriclum is carefully planned from Reception to Year 6, encouraging children to develop their Art skills in areas such as; drawing, textiles, sculpture, painting including fine art, print, collage and so on. By engaging and challenging pupils in a high-quality art and design education, we are equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to experiment, invent and create their own works of art. As pupils develop through our creative curriculum, they will learn about a variety of significant artists and movements and grow their understanding of the contributions made by these figures to history and our world today.
