Team Spirit on Show: Sedley’s Takes on the Trust Games Football Tournament
Last Thursday, Sedley’s pupils proudly represented the school in the latest Trust Games event as they took part in an exciting football competition alongside schools from across the Trust.
The tournament consisted of 14 action-packed rounds, giving pupils plenty of opportunities to showcase their skills, teamwork and determination on the pitch. Throughout the day, our team demonstrated fantastic effort and resilience, supporting one another and showing excellent sportsmanship in every match.
While the competition was challenging, our pupils approached each game with positivity and enthusiasm, representing Sedley’s brilliantly from start to finish. Their determination and team spirit were evident throughout the day, and we are incredibly proud of the way they conducted themselves both on and off the pitch.
Following the football event, Sedley’s currently sits in 12th place overall. However, with one final event still to come, there is still everything to play for!
The final Trust Games event will be Athletics on Tuesday 14th July, where double points will be available. We are looking forward to seeing our pupils take on the final challenge and give it their all once again.
Well done to everyone involved – we are very proud of you!
